Walk Away the pounds


When i 1st started exercising i tried so many different DVDs. Well they all seemed to be to hard and i would stop doing them never even finishing one complete work out.


The a customer of mine brought me your Walk aways the pounds express workout. She told me that it was so easy. I told her thanks and in the back of mine mind i was thinking a easy workout that shows results yeah right. Well to my surprise it worked. I have already bought 2 new DVDs by Leslie Sansone.



To all beginner exercisers try any of Leslie Sansone's DVDs there are great and you will see results.

Drinking more Water is Smart


I love the cool clean taste of water. Since i began dieting i have started drinking a lot more water. Honestly by just changing from soft drinks to water made me start feeling a lot healthier.


Water can also help you during dieting to burn more calories.

Say no To Sugar


The main thing i gave up when changing my eating habits was Sugar. I have always been a person that is crazy about sweets, but where did it get me. I'll tell you where it got me, It got me fat. According to my B.M.I i should weight between 125 and 138. When i started out in Sep. of 2008 i weighted 232. I now weight 170 so i still have to loss 32 pounds.


After cutting out Sugar i could see the pounds start to come off. As you may already know sugar is in every thing, so when i am out shopping i read the labels i try to make sure that whatever i am planning on eating has less than 10grams of sugar in it.


The main way i cut sugar out of my diet was by changing what i drink. Like i said in my earlier post i don't drink coke anymore. What i do drink is water, unsweet tea and an occasional diet drink.

Changes i made to loss weight

When i started changing my diet the 1st thing i cut out was Coke. I love Coke it is my favorite drink but in order to become a new me i had to give something up, so i gave up Coke. Giving up Coke was a lot harder than it sounds. Coke was my addiction. I gave it up cold turkey. When i look back Coke was not my friend it was only my enimie. Now that i am 60 pounds lighter i can say i am glad i gave up my favorite drink.
