100% Yummy



One of the 1st changes i made when i changed my eatting lifestlye was i throw away the white bread and started eatting 100% wheat bread. My favorit brand is Sara Lee. I love there 100% wheat with honey. Give it a try you will be surprized at how good it taste.

Walk Away the pounds


When i 1st started exercising i tried so many different DVDs. Well they all seemed to be to hard and i would stop doing them never even finishing one complete work out.


The a customer of mine brought me your Walk aways the pounds express workout. She told me that it was so easy. I told her thanks and in the back of mine mind i was thinking a easy workout that shows results yeah right. Well to my surprise it worked. I have already bought 2 new DVDs by Leslie Sansone.



To all beginner exercisers try any of Leslie Sansone's DVDs there are great and you will see results.

I love the cool clean taste of water. Since i began dieting i have started drinking a lot more water. Honestly by just changing from soft drinks to water made me start feeling a lot healthier.
