Hi, My name is Crystal, I am 27 years old. I am a wife and a mommy.
In September of 2008 i decided i was tired of my body. So I began changeing my life style. To this date 6-17-10 i have lost 71 pounds. I currently weight 161 so i do have a ways to go. So what i want to do is encourage others to do the same, make up your mind that starting today you are going to do what needs to be done to be a healthy thinner you. ;)

As you can see i have not Blogged in a LONG TIME.. Now that i have started my youtube page i plan to start blogging a lot more so don't give up on me...
